DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders and Delivery:
We aim to post your order 1-4 days after your order is placed- If you need an item for a specific date, please email in advance to let us know. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email, you will also be sent confirmation of when your item has been dispatched along with a tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to track parcel once it has been dispatched.
International Delivery:
Please get in touch to arrange delivery to anywhere outside of the UK. Customers are responsible for covering any taxes on the arrival of their order.
Returns:
Thank you for supporting Vantage Atelier. If you need to exchange or return an item, please email to receive a returns address, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving goods and sent with tracked delivery. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that have been damaged in any way, visibly worn, or received after this time frame.

International Returns:
The customer is responsible for covering any return costs including possible taxes on the item for re-entering the UK.
Custom Orders:
If you require a different size or length than what is readily available on the website, this can be catered for. Once you have measured yourself, select the size ‘custom order’ and enter your measurements into the notes section at the checkout. Alternatively, you can send them through an email. We cannot accept returns on any custom orders.
For custom orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for the making and delivery of this item once purchased.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom made items.
